Quick Sinus Clearing for Scuba Divers – and Everyone Else

Sinus barotraumas are among the most common diving injuries. If you’ve struggled with sinus inflammation and congestion, you know what a drag it is when it comes to scuba diving.

I vividly remember once having a reverse block. I did a dive when I had a cold (duh!). I was congested and went anyway. It was awful.

DAN and PADI do not recommend using decongestants when diving, for good reason. Sinus barotrauma is no joke, and if you have sinus issues, see a doctor.

Have a look at this non-medicinal method for clearing your sinuses. Hopefully it helps you as much as it does for me.
