Marc Jean Palay
Instructor / Captain / Sea Monster
Captain Marc has been diving since the mid 60’s. He’s been a central figure in the Vancouver diving community, for many, many years.
In addition to instructing innumerable scuba students through PADI since 1994, Marc has served on the board of directors at the Artificial Reef Society of BC and was instrumental in preparing the HMCS Annapolis for sinking.
His experience is vast and varied, and he is a treasure to us all.
